SafeHaven Freedom Ministries Inc. is a registered Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strips distributing entity in the state of Indiana. We offer Narcan and Fentanyl test strips, at no charge, through our partnership with Overdose Lifeline. Indiana residents and Indiana schools may possess and administer naloxone. The Indiana Department of Health requires that each school district is to develop a policy concerning the use of Naloxone and Fentanyl.  To place an order, first you must fill out our required request form.
